At Horseplay Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Horseplay Toys garment tags are still attached to the clothing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
